Is there a place online where you can upload pictures & put on different hair colors, highlights, & lowlights?
i want to put either highlights or lowlights in my hair i have light brown hair now and i don’t know if i want dark brown lowlights or dirty blond highlights!!
HELP please all answers are helpful!!
